胡德民
資訊暨數位轉型科技群執行副總經理 , 遠傳電信
胡德民 (Peter Hu) 先生於 2021 年 8 月加入遠傳電信，擔任資訊暨數位轉型科技群執行副總經理一職，負責企業資訊服務轉型、新一代數位用戶體驗、數位渠道發展以及遠傳「大人物（大數據、人工智慧、物聯網）」戰略的解決方案規劃與實踐。
在加入遠傳之前，胡德民先生曾任台灣微軟專家技術部暨微軟技術中心總經理，並兼任微軟新創加速器執行長。在微軟服務 14 年期間，曾獲得微軟全球最佳開發平台產品經理獎、微軟全球員工卓越貢獻金獎 (Circle of Excellence Gold Club Award) 以及微軟全球最佳解決方案技術領袖獎 (Technical Solutions Excellence Award – Global Best STU Leader) 等榮譽。胡德民也曾經擔任 IBM 大中華區企業應用中台產品經理、精業公司專業技術服務事業群資深經理等職務。
胡德民出生於台灣，於 1997 年取得淡江大學資訊管理學位，目前就讀於國立台灣大學 EMBA 資訊管理組；他的經歷足跡遍及整個大中華區，平時閒暇的愛好是攝影與閱讀。

林鴻明
董事長暨總經理 , 信驊科技
林鴻明先生現任信驊科技董事長暨總經理，多年來專精於晶片研發領域。1993 年林鴻明先生任職矽統科技公司，一手創建多媒體產品研發團隊；之後率領矽統原產品事業處相關人員獨立成立圖誠科技公司，專注於繪圖晶片開發。2004 年林鴻明先生創業成立信驊科技股份有限公司，投入遠端伺服器管理晶片 (BMC) 研發領域，並同時從產品規劃開發跨入生產銷售之全方位經營管理領域，2016 年併購博通旗下之伺服器管理晶片事業單位，帶領信驊科技成為全球大第一大遠端伺服器管理晶片供應商；近年並榮獲國立陽明交通大學及國立清華大學傑出校友榮譽，以及資訊月傑出資訊人才獎等殊榮。
林鴻明先生畢業於國立清華大學電機工程學系，並取得國立臺灣大學電機研究所碩士學位以及國立陽明交通大學高階主管管理碩士學程 (EMBA)。

Jerry Liu is Senior Vice President for Dell Technologies Worldwide Procurement to shape supply chain strategy and run day-to-day business operations. He currently leads teams responsible for Indirect Procurement, Strategic Supplier Partnership, Global Inventory Management, Supply Chain Strategy and Assurance. Jerry has faith in driving future supply chain by driving digital and sustainable transformation.
In his more than 13 years at Dell, Jerry has held a variety of leadership positions and oversaw the worldwide procurement and supply chain transformative opportunities including Client and Infrastructure Structural Procurement, Operations Engineering and Quality, and managing commodities across our lines of businesses and more. Jerry’s leadership has translated to drive continuity of supply success, develop sourcing strategy, and establish the first Global Operations Strategy team to deliver EMC integration and digital transformation.
Previously, Jerry served as Associate Partner at McKinsey and Company, where he led operations practice in Greater China offices. He focused exclusively on high tech industry covering strategic, operational, and organizational issues with top multinational companies. Prior to that, Jerry Liu kicked off his career with Hewlett-Packard as a business development manager in the manufacturing test division.
Jerry holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA degree in Finance and International Business from Columbia Business School. He is currently based in Taipei while his footprint is spanned across the globe including US, Taiwan, Indonesia throughout his life. While working and solving complex problems continues to be his passion, he also enjoys a good workout, music and audible books to keep him balanced and energized every week. In addition, he is a fan of racing and history travel.

Arm 台灣總裁
曾志光現任 Arm 台灣總裁，負責台灣市場整體營運以及策略規劃，在高科技產業擁有超過 20 年專業經驗。
曾志光於 2010 年加入 Arm 台灣，擔任業務發展與銷售一職，曾主導並協助多項重要產品在台業務、策略規劃和執行；之後轉戰雲創通訊 (M2COMM) 擔任全球業務與行銷副總經理，專注 IoT 在工業、零售、醫療等產業之創新應用，負責全球市場之營運和管理海外分公司，在 2 年期間創造超過 10 倍的業績成長；2017 年再次受邀至 Arm 台灣擔任資深總監，帶領業務與 FAE 團隊。之後於 2018 年升任為業務副總裁，2019 年晉升為 Arm 台灣總裁。
曾志光畢業於台灣大學數學系，之後取得同校電機工程學系碩士。他也回饋母校投入教育推廣工作，目前擔任台灣大學的「數學沙龍與生涯探索」的講座共同主持人，以其產業經驗結合業界力量，為青年學子開展職涯可能性。他是一個不斷嘗試新事物的人；從小喜歡打羽毛球和桌球，近期更開始和年輕人踢足球。他也喜歡在閒暇時閱讀、冥想和辯論；他認為：許多問題可透過這樣的方式找到脈絡和解答。
